Product as described, timely delivery

I can't tell that this product works. The theory of it seems to make sense but I just couldn't tell much difference from it other than the mintiness, like others said. The mints are nice, and sugar free so won't make your breath worse... I tried crunching up a mint at a time and then using my tongue to rub over my gums and tongue and tonsils and let it sit like that without licking at it or swallowing, thinking the extra contact time might help to let bacteria come out of dormancy and get established before being washed away. I think I may have burned my gums doing that though. I was left with sore spot twice from it, once pretty bad. Seems like too big a coincidence that I might happen to get mouth sore in that spot right after using this. I hadn't had anything like that for years, or in the months since I stopped eating these. I know product doesn't suggest to leave little bits of it on gums but still didn't expect it to burn like that. I would like to see independent study of this or similar product showing how well they were able to get viable bacteria out-- mint is supposed to be able to kill some microbes, these are sugar free, and you apply if after brushing and rinsing your mouth out. Doesn't seem like ideal conditions for bacteria, but then again my morning breath says otherwise so maybe something like this could work. It just didn't for me.

Using this product as directed will leave you with much better breath, however the cost to do so will be prohibitive for most people. Needing the intense therapy, I used 6 tablets a day. The problem with this, is that doing so requires you to spend nearly $100 a month, an extraordinary sum of money for many individuals, including me. While the tablets work as advertised, the prohibitive cost leaves me in a position where I can't in good conscience rate this product at 5 stars. If the price were more reasonable, I would certainly do so, as the product itself is superb. Despite this doing a wonderful job at improving oral hygiene and promoting fresh breath, I'm afraid that I'm headed back to the inexpensive, generic mouthwash routine, as that works just as well, but at a fraction of the cost. I see no reason for a company to charge so much for a product. The ingredients aren't especially scarce and are certainly not made of gold. The bottom line is that Pro-Dental is great if you have an income that can support a luxury such as this. For us poor vagrants, I guess we'll have to look elsewhere to salvage our bad breath.

My husband bought different ones. I did the work of looking at reviews and bought these. We tried each others. He threw his in the trash and asked me to order him these. I have bought several times since. I even bought them as stocking stuffers. THEY REALLY WORK!!! I can eat onions at night and put one in my mouth at night to suck on before sleep. Can’t tell the next morning that I had onions. It’s also great if you have dry mouth from medications. I rarely write reviews but I had to share this. Totally amazing! I promise you will not be disappointed because it’s that amazing!
