Iffy
First time was great, citrus taste very evident, no problems. Second time, pills came crushed (don't buy the refill) and the putrid sea smell was intense. Third time, no capsules broken but they must have forgotten the citrus because the rank ocean taste makes me gag every day. I'll give it one more month!*Update - seller sent me a bottle straight from their warehouse, much more consistent. No bad smell!

Effective whole foods vegan multivitamin
I am so impressed by Wholier, a company that just keeps getting better and better, both with the quality of its vitamins and with the packaging--I love that these come in a refillable glass bottle with sustainable packaging and compostable refill packets available for subsequent orders. As a decades-long vegan, I love that these capsules are whole-foods based, and that my annual bloodwork consistently comes back with all levels where they should be. I also love that they are pretty to look at, and they smell nice. Unlike other vegan multis I've tried, they don't have a strong algae smell (which can be off-putting for some)--they smell more like lemongrass to me--and more importantly, they don't stick together in the bottle. I've ordered from other brands where the vitamins showed up in one giant clump that was impossible to break apart or remove from the bottle without rupturing the capsules, but never with Wholier. I also like that the capsules are small enough to take easily, and although they contain iron, they do not make me feel nauseous the way most other iron supplements or multis with iron do. I really can't say enough good things about this product or the company!

Worth the money
Easy to swallow, smells good, no aftertaste, good ingredients for vegans.A bit expensive, but I would buy it again.

Quality vitamin
I’m on a plant based diet and have been struggling with taking/ buying multiple different vitamins a day and not really knowing what is working or what dose is right for me. Wholier has simplified this process and I feel great getting all and only the vitamins I need.My energy has been up after being on these for a month and these do not give me acne breakouts like some other vitamins I’ve taken. Only downfall is they give you algae burps/ bad breath but I’ve been taking them before bed to eliminate that during the day. My one suggestion is making the compostable bag option less expensive than the glass bottle, as a cheaper option would help me stay on these more consistently.

My favorite multi-vitamins
These vitamins are honestly some of the best I’ve ever tried! One thing I’ve always struggled with is that chalky aftertaste a lot of vitamins leave behind—but not with these. They go down smoothly and don’t leave any weird taste in your mouth, which is such a relief. They’re also the perfect size—easy to swallow without feeling like you're choking on a huge pill. I take them daily with no issues at all, and they’ve quickly become a seamless part of my routine. It’s nice to finally find a vitamin that’s effective and pleasant to take.If you’ve been avoiding vitamins because of the taste or texture, give these a try. Total game-changer!

They smell and look amazing
The pro’s definitely out way the con’s! Con’s fish burp is real and they are on the pricey side But the clean ingredients and where they are source from is amazing!

Heartburn, increased LDL, fishy smell - will not be buying again.
Pros: the ingredients, and the binder used. I was initially super excited to use this because I thought it had a relatively "safe" ingredient profileCons: the MCT oil in this (1) caused lots of heartburn for me (and friends who tried it after me to see if I was unfairly attributing it to this product - though I'm not sure if it's the MCT oil or the spirulina in this causing the heartburn/reflux) (2) increased my LDL! Despite me losing weight on a whole food plant based diet that is low in saturated fat! I went online and found quite a few people describing that MCT oil (in general, not this specific product) rose their LDLs (3) it has a very fishy/lemon-y odour, I think from the spirulina? Either way, not a fan of this smell, it makes me nauseous. (4) You can't return even unopened bottles of this (e.g. if you order two with the promo they have and don't like it, you can't return the second unopened bottle). I definitely do NOT recommend this to anyone. Now my search for a vegan multivitamin without weird additives/preservatives/emulsifiers continues :(
