Fresh and clean, no stones
Clean and fresh, no tiny stones or grit as are found in locally bought bajra. It turned out a bit chewy but ince I haven't cooked bajra for a few years I must not have cooked correctly: probably should have boiled a little longer. The product seems to be fine.
