Bought these because I was pregnant, and I needed very specific kind of the vitamin, methyl, which is much more easily absorbed. It also comes from whole foods, which is more bio available. I still use them today. Love them.

I like this prenatal! All organic ingredients which is a huge bonus and is not super expensive. This one has real Folate instead of just Folic Acid which is usually synthetic which is why I chose this one. It does make me nauseous if I don't take on a full stomach so make sure to eat something with it, other than that it's really great. I've been using this prenatal for a few months and have ordered another 3 month supply.

I like these prenatals because you only have to take one daily. They’re also organic and a whole food multivitamin. it’s very important that my multivitamin contain methyl folate not folic acid.
