Was perfect for what we needed. Everything was in the box that was needed for install outside of a wrench (it isn’t stated that it’s included so it was ok) The install was fast and easy even with my old style pipes. The install looks clean and works amazing, the water takes about 3-5 mins of flushing but turns crystal clear and tastes delicious. Will absolutely buy again if I need another one.

El producto funciona muy bien, se nota mucho la diferencia en el agua y la instalación es sencilla. En nuestro caso surgió un inconveniente durante el uso y quiero destacar que el servicio técnico fue impecable: atentos, rápidos y muy profesionales, resolviendo todo de forma ejemplar. Muy satisfecha con la compra y la atención recibida. Ya he comprado otro para mi madre y lo recomiendo siempre que tengo la oportunidad.

Avis après 2 semaines. Franchement très simple à installer, juste une clé a molette et une pince multiprise à prevoir. Les joints sont fournis avec le raccord en T, juste prévoir un petit joint pour changer celui qui est existant, celui qui relie votre robinet principal à l'arrivée d'eau. Il y a un petit rouleau de téflon, peut être un peu limite pour tout tefloner. Le plus long a juste été de percer le lavabo avec un foret et une cloche diamant. N'aillant pas assez de place sous le lavabo pour fixer la cartouche et laisser un peu de place pour le changement, j'ai juste poser la cartouche dans un coin, et elle est très stable. Les tuyaux sont également assez long pour pouvoir la déporter un peu. Niveau goût. A la maison nous avons un filtre pour les sédiments et un adoucisseur qui laisse un léger goût "salé". Avant on avait une carafe de marque brita, avec les cartouches à changer tous les mois. Après comparaison avec l'eau non traitée, l'eau de la carafe brita et l'eau de la cartouche Waterdrop, franchement l'eau est bien meilleure avec Waterdrop. Elle ne laisse pas de goût selon nous. Niveau débit d'eau, c'est très correct. Comme vous pouvez le voir sur la vidéo, il est possible de remplir une carafe d'eau d'1,2 L en un peu moins de 30 secondes. Ça doit faire un débit de 3L/min environ. Bien suffisant à la maison avec 2 carafes pour faire un roulement qui permet d'avoir de l'eau fraîche au frigo tout le temps. Franchement, je recommande ce produit pour le moment ! A voir si la cartouche rempli son efficacité d'un an comme indiqué, mais au vue du prix de la cartouche par rapport aux cartouches brita, je peux la changer tous les 6 mois, ça restera moins cher et plus efficace.

This is really good. Water tastes amazing and the difference is immediately noticeable. I was a little disappointed to notice limescale in my brand new kettle after just a couple weeks. Other reviews had suggested as much as a year since they noticed the same. However we may just be in a very hard water area. We had our plumber install this running a new cold mains water feed separate from the softener. It was really easy for him to do. The tap and filter are the perfect size and the styling is really premium. It matches perfectly with our other tap which was my hope. Honestly for the price you can’t go wrong. I’d have been looking at up to £300 to try and get a similar tap to the one I already have but with a little filter knob built in! We chose to install this one in the worktop and honestly it looks like it was meant to be. Seamless! Yes there’s always more you can do. I believe you can stack extra filters side by side from waterdrop. I’m not sure what I’ll do but even if I decide to go all in and upgrade to a reverse osmosis and remineralisation system I can likely reuse this tap and in the meantime it’s a vast no brainer improvement to the water we’ve been drinking!

I have been using Brita pitcher and filters and wanted a more convenient filtration system that doesn't require frequent filter changes and is easy to install. I bought this system because it seems to include everything that I want and not too big or expensive. Unfortunately, my water outlet has a smaller diameter (1/4") than the one provided (3/8"). So I emailed their customer service to see if they can provide me an adaptor. They responded me within 24 hours and provided me with a link to purchase the part from Amazon and offered to refund me the cost for the adaptor. Sadly, the adaptor did not fit but I was able to find one on Amazon that does. I sent them the pictures and they refunded me as promised. I am really impress with their customer services. The filter system seems to work very well so far with great water pressure and the dedicated faucet looks really nice. Water also tastes better than before.
