Works just like Tylenol (generic). . I got them at the Black Friday price which for-two packs was a steal. These are similar to what they would sell you in a hotel gift shop for $1.29 a pack. 100 packs. Perfect for travel as you can just stick a pouch or two in your pocket or purse.
