4URPC USB C Laptop Docking Station Dual Monitor Computer Peripheral Devices

I like this item because I can dock my computer with all of the necessary ports without my computer overheating. It is also easy to use and gives me easy access to my computer when I need to undock it. It is a creative product and much cleaner than other docks.However, one of the HDMI ports goes in and out throughout the day for a few seconds each time. The company replaced the product with a new one but the new one also goes in and out (although not as much). I appreciate their willingness and friendliness in addressing my issues but the HDMI port still doesn't reliably work.Update: The company issued a refund and we worked together more to help troubleshoot. They are very friendly and willing to work with you if you have any issues. Overall, the product is exactly what I was looking for, despite everything else.

Spent a little bit of time with this product before writing this review. Overall I would say it is a good product. Here are a couple items of note:- The stand opening measures 18mm and my Lenovo Legion 5 measures 26mm closed. This makes getting the laptop in and out a tight fit. It's still manageable though.- The USB-C to host port is in the front. I would have preferred it to be in the back where other ports such as ethernet and HDMI are located.On the plus side:- My LG monitor was able to run 1080p at 144Hz.- Did not notice any issues running my DAC/AMP, as well as audio interface.- Setup was easy and there were no issues getting the monitor to display.I did only test this with one monitor so I cannot say how it would perform with two monitors. I also tested this for about a week with several hours a day on it. Not sure how it will perform long term but for right now it is running great.Overall, if you need a docking station and this appears to suit your needs then get it. I did not have any issues with it and it performed as expected. I think it will serve you well.

This dock was good and easy to use. It worked perfectly out of the box. Unfortunately, it cannot support multiple monitors with resolutions above 1080P. I have one 1440P and one 1080P monitor. This configuration is not supported by the dock. The wording in the specs is a bit ambiguous but it seems to be that you can support 2 monitors at 1080P or lower, but only 1 monitor above 1080P even if the second monitor is at 1080P.

I purchased this product in July 2021.It worked well for about a month. At that point, the HDMI ports started to flicker and then failed entirely. I was out of the return window, so contacted the seller directly. Customer support was responsive and friendly and they sent me a replacement.I have now had the replacement for about a month...and the same problem is now happening again. HDMI ports fail. I have to disconnect everything, reboot the laptop and then reconnect everything in order to get them to connect to my monitors again. I'm having to do this a couple of times a day now.I would not recommend this product.UPDATEThis device was problematic, however the customer service has been good. They reached out after the initial review and we went through several steps to make it right. When we still couldn't get it working correctly, they refunded my purchase, even though I was well-past the purchase period.So, while this product wasn't the best for me, I appreciate the customer service and would trust them to buy from them again for a different product.

While I’m grateful for that, I didn’t appreciate being asked to remove this negative review as part of their “plan” as my review was on the product and not the customer support.)Bought for use with the M1 MacBook Air. First couple weeks the HDMI ports worked ok, some drops here and there, but I dismissed the faultiness thinking it was Apple's fault with their new chip design.Months past the return window and multiple Apple updates later it seems the HDMI ports have failed, though it sometimes liked to work with an old tv I have. I have rarely used this product in the past year because it is entirely unreliable in terms of using an external monitor. The USBs still function and everything else about the device works still, but I was most looking forward to being able to use a larger display and I cannot do that due to the faulty HDMI ports.Purchased in July 2021 and only posting about this now after being disappointed ever single time I have tried to work from home.UPDATE: I work in film, production sound department. No DIT crew members for the film we were making so I had to make backups of the audio I recorded, however it wasn’t until months later that I find that I notice half my files are missing and both my mixer have been ruled out, leaving the only culprit to be this product. I don’t trust this to output video nor import files from SD card.Buy something else!

This unit is very nice looking and is made of quality materials. It is smaller than I thought it would be but my Lenova laptop fits nice and snug. This item was packaged very well and the uncluded USB Type C cable seem to be of high quality. The unit comes with (4) screws and a mini screw driver to attach the arms that sit on top to the bottom of the unit and so far this unit is working great. I like the power passthrough which means I just plugged in the USB TYPE C power adapter that came with my Lenova into the dock and it worked. windows 10 users will want to open the control Panel > Power Options > Click on "Choose closing the lid does" > and set the option so that nothing happens when the lid is closed when the unit is plugged in. The only reason I gave this 4 out of 5 start on versatility is I would have liked to have seen a second USB port on the back. - Great products and looks great on my desk.
