The Bob and Brad resistance bands are very well made it looks like they will last a long time . It’s worth paying a little more for decent quality that will last longer than cheap ones . On with the training now

what the hell it was ,found diffrent product totally than the product shown in the image......no brand mentioned....... no guide book got..no option to exchange also ...totally waste of money.......
