Does it light up in front and the back of the mouse

Yes the front lights are blue they stay on constantly. The rear/tail lights are red they only illuminate when you are using the mouse. I imagine it will drain the battery fast having the front lights on constantly, but there is an on/off switch on the bottom of the mouse. I turn it off when I am away for more than an hour or so. Iv'e only been using the mouse for a week but the battery seems to last just fine (if you turn it off while not in use for extended periods of time) for the price its hard to beat. This is not a mouse for gaming or standard commuter use. This is a novelty and should be treated as such. Other than the lights on all the time this mouse works like you would expect. In my opinion it's a good mouse for the price.Some people will bi*ch about battery life. Please remember you paid less than $15 for this product, it is a novelty after-all. Just turn off the mouse while you are away for a while, maybe invest in some re-chargeable batteries. I'm no rocket scientist but I know that if lights are on, its using power. Turn off the mouse while not in use and problem solved! If that is too difficult then splurge on a brand name mouse for a bit more $.

Do the wheels move as well?

Yes the wheels move if you move them with your finger. They do not spin when you push the car on the table. The car looks great and my son loved it.
