Perfect fit for a 2007 Suburban V8. This is an original GM part. It was an easy install that took less than 35 minutes. Three weeks after I installed this throttle body injector and it's running perfectly.

it was perfect , in most cases you do not a new gasket ,gasket should be included anyway

I was able to install this myself and reprogram my vehicle, my vehicles performance improved significantly. In watching videos, they advise you do not touch the flange inside of it because it is computer controlled. Just a word of caution!
