It really helped my blood pressure and cholesterol

I have had consistently high blood pressure readings for years now, and I've attributed this to the stresses and pressures of teaching and commuting daily in heavy traffic. My highest reading ever was 11 months ago: 177/115. An absolutely terrifying number! Last doctor's visit, which was not quite a month ago, my blood pressure was 150-something/90-something. Better than 177/115 but not good at all. And that was during my summer break, so no teaching stress. The doctor said he would increase my Amlodipine dosage. I really wasn't looking forward to that and felt there must be a better, more natural way to reduce my numbers. Without looking for it, I came across an ad for SNAP Heart Health Blood Pressure Support on Instagram. The testimonials struck me as sincere and my gut told me I should give it a try. Luckily, I received my first bottle the next day. I decided to discontinue taking Amlodipine for a couple of weeks in order to get a clear idea of this supplement's effectiveness. It's been 11 days now. I am happy to report that my blood pressure reading three days ago was 138/85. And today it was 110/77. I have NEVER seen a reading like that before - at least not in recent memory. I will add, to be very clear, that I also stopped eating meat altogether during this time and also increased my fruit and vegetable intake. Though I was not a big meat eater, I did consume poultry and fish pretty regularly. I take 3 capsules 2x per day at mealtimes. Amazing results!

Just came from the Doctor's yesterday. I was wondering/hoping if I would see any progress in my blood pressure. 5 minutes after the doctor's assistant taken my vitals, recorded it, the doctor came in. Sitting calmly in suspense I watched the doc look over my paper work, then he mentioned that my blood pressure really improved since the last visit...and he said it again! I said under my Breath while laughing with joy at the news.."It worked, it actually worked!" I was borderline for while until now. This is my 4th bottle and like all reviews and video reviews mentioned, it works! If you are on the fence about this product, jump on off and give it a try. If it worked for them...now me, then I'm sure it'll work for you.--However, this doesn't mean that just because of taking this supplement, you can eat fried foods all day everyday. You still have to put "some" Self-control and Effort into your diet. You can do it, just don't go Crazy with the salt shaker...that's all. Y'all Stay safe and Good health to you *

Waited a month to review for results. For the cost pretty neglible results. One of the capsules, maybe two, had come apart so when opening the bottle a smell distasteful to me was evident and a fine powder comes out when shaking out pills. The reason I know it broke apart is the empty half capsule was found. If you have gerd or are affected by the taste you may not be able to use. I have to swallow fast with ice cold water to get them down and then they repeat on me. It was an experiment and may work better for some but don't think I will order again.

04/18/2023 - Please read and avoid this extreme health risk. Bought this supplement not thinking my actual life would be in almost ended with the reaction. 2pm ate lunch, 3pm took the pill,. Only thing I took was one of these pills, not 3 as on the bottle (thankfully I would have died). within a few minute I started feeling stomach ache, headache and heart burn within just a few minutes. Took a tums and drank a little water. 4:30 pm I was violently throwing up without control over and over, then about 10 minutes into throwing up I experienced uncontrollable explosive diarrhea. So the picture is me sitting on the toilet blowing from each end but with severe pain and more. The stomach cramps and muscle tensions were so strong, like giving birth. I was so scared. I took my blood pressure several times, it was sky high way over anything I have ever seen. Plus I was freezing, sweating, my hair was soaked, my clothes were soaked. My temperature had dropped to 94.7 within one hour. I was dizzy, lost balance and fell, felt like my heart was going to explode. I was not even able to drink water without it coming right back up so I was loosing electrolytes and becoming dehydrated. This went on for three hours. I was ready at hour 2 to call for 911. I can't believe this product is still being sold with so many of us stating the same symptoms. I guess buyer beware. Not only was this product a risk to my life and the reaction was extreme that the company is not even fielding concerns or pulling the product. I felt poisoned - please don't put yourself at risk with this product.

Been struggling with high BP for years. Usually in the 130-145/95-ish. Wanted to get into a healthy range without having to go on medication. Saw the reviews for these and thought I’d give them a try. I just tested after 5 days of taking them and came in at 117/84. Can’t remember the last time my top number was under 120, so I’m pretty stoked. I’ll continue to take readings and hope to see continued improvement. It’s also important to know that I made a few life changes as well. No more cigars, only eating red meat once per week and added a light cardio routine. I’m confident my BP would have come down by doing those on their own, but not nearly this fast. I’m really impressed. I haven’t had any of the side effects (heartburn, bad breath,etc…) mentioned by some others. In fact, I took some in an empty stomach last night and only noticed a minor after taste.
