I use it everyday after morning meal. Neutral flavor, easy to drink with water.

I have used this product for a couple years now. It really works to give me a healthy gut. It does makes me very gassy but it keeps everything flowing normal and my tummy feels healthy. Also makes me feel fuller. I add it to my 1st cup of coffee or a morning smoothie. Definitely recommend it. Inulin has great health benefits.

It works well for making l.returi yogurt. My fiance can not tolerate chicory root. Since this made from artichokes it is more tolerable.

My husband is Type 2 Diabetic so we use organic stevia. However, he prefers the flavor when I mix it 50/50 with this inulin. As you can imagine, organic stevia powder is pretty pricey so we get a double bonus. A batch of the mix lasts twice as long and it tastes better. Talk about a win-win! Oh, another positive? Unlike another option, when we do this 50/50 mix, the blend of powder stays silky smooth. It doesn't clump! So silky smooth that we filled a salt shaker with the blend so my husband can enjoy a light dusting of natural sweetness atop his organic oatmeal and his bowl of yogurt topped with organic fruit. Even tidy bit gave me uncomfortableness and unpleasantness of my stomach and bowl. Couldn't take it.

The packaging was poor quality, the plastic bottle is also seems to be poor quality, the inulin it self no one can know if it's a pure inulin or added to it other unhealthy sweeteners, the price was high I paid but inside the box a small piece of receipt showed lower price than that I paid! I don't know why?
