Very good guided daily journal, though maybe a little pricey
I don't use this guided journal every day, but whenever I do, I always find it refreshing and insightful. I have given these as gifts to others. It's great to sit in a coffee shop with a cup of of joe and reflect back on the past day - three things to be thankful for, something that made me smile, something that would have made the day even better, a few intentions for this new day, and then a short free-form section to just do a mind-dump of whatever is circulating around in there! It's better than therapy, in my view. Life is best when lived intentionally like this. Whether you are a veteran journaler, as I am, or a newbie, I think you will find this one helpful in clarifying your thoughts and lifting your mood. It is sturdy and well made. I just wish it was a little less expensive.

Nice Way to Start Your Day
This is just what it claims to be: a nice, straight-forward book designed to set you off on the right food every day. It's not so hard to dedicate 10 minutes out of your life to be guided through exercises in gratitude. It's helped me to remember that the problems in life and the people who hurt me can only REALLY hurt me if I ALLOW them to. I choose not to allow this. It's so much nicer to recognize the good things in your life when it feels like the walls are caving in on you from all sides. It's not always easy, but the results of gratitude are far more positive and helpful than dwelling in negative toxicity. I'd encourage anyone who's struggling with that to give this a try. Getting all of the loose thoughts that bounce aimlessly through your head onto paper is akin to a shepherd dog wrangling the wayward cattle back into order and control. You realize that it's ok to take smaller steps as long as you keep on the path that moves FORWARD. One thing to note: On page 4, the journal invites you to go to a particular website to download the, "Quick Start Guide" (PDF) , to assist you in getting the most out of your Sunrise Manifesto journal. The website noted is no longer live. Instead, do a Google search for "Quick Start Guide for Sunrise Manifesto Journal." You will quickly find it on SaltWrap's website.

Excellent Choice
This is the ideal journal for me because it asks the questions specifically for my personal and professional interests. Creativity, goal setting, and imagination are sparked. It’s an excellent choice for me. I kept it on my list for a while and happy with my purchase.

Great help for bringing EMOTIONAL FOCUS to your day with A BIT OF PRODUCTIVITY
I bought this and the Morning Sidekick journal for myself and my spouse, after reading through so, so, SO many listings for daily journals. I was looking for something that would help organize my thoughts in a productive way while also providing a bit of help tracking an emotional element (gratitude, intention, best moments, etc.). I've also tried bullet journaling using a variety of styles, being most satisfied with something like the Panda layout mixed with a Ben Franklin type habit tracker and a weekly check-in agenda. In all these trials, I found that THIS is the journal style I found most valuable when I was in a place where I wanted to make sure I was treating myself with kindness, and another time when I was dealing with a lot of stress and had a hard time remembering good moments in a given day, week or month. The emphasis here is heavily on gratitude and meaning in your day, but makes a good effort to include room for some general planning to improve your productivity... less about efficiency and more about staying on top of your intended goals. I found the inclusion of Project Tracking and Weekly Check-Ins, along with a daily "top tasks" question, to be very valuable; these sections are great if you do a New Year's review/resolution thing, and if you can break those into goals with action steps, this journal helps you fill them in as "projects" that you can track by month or week and see how bigger plans can be tackled with a daily or weekly focus. This is something lacking in the Morning Kickstart, which, in contrast, helps you focus your active day with a little bit of gratitude check-in thrown in. I have to point out Mind Clutter. Mind clutter! The brain dump! It's crazy to think we don't just do this for ourselves on blank paper, but we *don't*. Having the one page every day to throw down all the stuff swirling in my head at the end of a day (I'll say it, I used this as more of a Sunset Manifesto) was the biggest benefit I got from this book. I slept better, I focused more on my family in the evenings... I was able to bookmark my thoughts this way, and keep from being distracted by them at the wrong hour. I recommend this journal if what you want more of is MEANING AND INTENTION - maybe even just some centered personal time that feels a bit more fruitful than meditation if it's not your bag or doesn't always work. This is a good journal for a cluttered mind, or an unhappy mind, or someone looking for balance that overdoes it on the practical side at the expense of their feelings. It's also a very lovely hardbound book, and can be a very nice gift.

Important daily journal.
This is a wonderful daily journal, with great questions that motivate thought and help to let go of over thinking.. Fantastic price it is a hardbound journal. It’s sturdy. The design inside is creative. Journaling allows for personal change. Definitely would buy this a second time.

Change your mindset - Change your day:)
Nice quality cover and paper Sturdier than expected! Simple steps, with an example! The example pages are brief and quick to read - no lengthy manual or videos. This really helped me get started with lasering in on what is most important to me. I have lost interest in several other planners / journals, but Sunrise Manifesto is now a permanent part of my morning routine. If your goals are simply goals, and you have a hard time focusing, try this journal. Sunrise Manifesto helps you organize and accomplish by changing your mindset a little at a time. This is how habits are changed or developed. I am a positive person, but this really helps me stay grateful and hopeful each day. Great product! It also came with a coupon for my next journal:) I will actually need it, because I am actually going to end up completing this one - that's a first!

I expected a little bit more
Value for the money is on point. Would be good for anyone to help keep track of any goals or help declutter your kind. For me it just wasn’t my favorite and wasn’t setup in what I was expecting. Still a good product. Has high quality and good feel. Definitely should try if you’re interested.
