These are the best brand and we tried many. I use daily at night on both feet! It sticks very well. Black comes out onto the pad when one removes it. Easy to pull off. Used several years and this helps to calm me down and I fall asleep easier. It helps my legs because my legs and feet will tell me to put them on. My restless legs were bad until I started using these foot pads. I can never ever go without them. Real reasonable. Doctors don't know what to do for restless legs. There are no risks and no side effects except your sheets or socks get stained.

I've always been skeptical of these. My dad swears by them tho. So I decided to try them again after many years. I actually noticed a difference after using them—my feet and legs felt less tired and achy. They are easy to use and a relaxing treat. I will definitely buy more.

Good value and appears to work. Has good ingredients to help cleanse your feet. But it turns black, I don't really know if it works, or it's a gimmick. However the sticker sheet you put over black patch doesn't stick as well as it should. So I suggest using socks, and sticker sheet to hold pad on to foot with more contact pressure. If the medicated pad doesn't lay flat on your foot skin, it doesn't turn black where it's not touching your skin, on your foot. So important to have medicated pad laying flat and firm against your skin in order for it to work affectively.

I dont know why, but I feel more energetic the next day after using these. They look gross the next day! They're fun to do with your family.

I love this product. It helps with joint pain and sleep.

Verifiable Review: Tried these things out last night…. Not sure what I was expecting for $15 bucks, but I liked the ingredients so I took a shot on them… They seemed to get decent reviews so why not! Anywho…. I slept pretty decent last night (don’t typically sleep well… but tend to get decent rest when I wear The original Takara foot patches) Anywho… Takara patches are insanely expensive for the amount you get, but I vouch for them over the years as they’ve always seemed to work… I was hoping for good results from these patches as well… As far as these patches go, I’m stating off with a 4* Review and will adjust with updates…. But so far I enjoyed the first night’s sleep and experience… I felt rested when I woke up at 4:49 am (way too early) Also strangely enough these are the first foot patches that I have tried that actually left a gooey wet black slime on my feet after removing the pads…. Not sure yet what that’s about….. Is that a sign that they really were working and pulling or is it just a combo of ingredients that leave behind a residue from prolonged use/heat??? IDK I haven’t read that yet in any other review… With that in mind, I’ll keep using these and alternating with another brand I’m trying as well, as I try to figure out which one or ones I like best that also saves me some $$$ from having to buy the expensive brand I mentioned above.
