Bought three bikes for the family and they are an absolute hit! They were delivered promptly. Easy to assemble, smooth ride, great looking. We took them out for a spin and the battery life was great! Of course, my younger son used the throttle more frequently and his battery life lost 3 bars at the end of a 16 mile ride. My husband and older son used a combo of petal assist and throttle, their battery loss was two bars. They plan to use them when they returned to school. Best Christmas gifts ever!

Got this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it. Super easy to install. It’s a big bike but he can’t get enough of it. Every time he rides it someone asks him where he got it from. One guy followed him to stop and ask him about his bike. Lol. We got the black and it comes with blue on the inside of the wheels. Pretty cool!

The bike rides SMOOTH, the installation was easy and if you're used to motorized bikes, and it's the best budget Ebike option in my opinion. The battery life lasts decently long, the charging time isn't overly long taking about 4 or 5 hours, it's quick reaching around 20 MPH and weighs about 60 lbs. It's tough, already surviving me slipping off and crashing without a dent. The one con I can say is it's a BIG bike and the seat could be changed as the original one that came with it was a bit uncomfortable in my opinion. Overall though, I'd recommend it if you're over 5'8.

After having some initial problems with a couple parts that came with the bike, and being very frustrated, the customer service took care of my issues. I have since taken the bikes for a couple rides and am very pleased with the overall ride and functionality of the bike. I looked at many bikes and was really trying to stay in the $1000 range, which can be hard to do with an e-bike, but this one suits my needs very well. I'll be interested to see the full range on the bike, I did take it for a 10 mile ride at mostly 3-5 on the pedal assist and used 2 bars (out of 5) on the battery. I'm hoping using it at that level I can get near 30 miles, but it seems like it should be close to that. I also wish it either came with fenders or there were some better options for it. I purchased some plastic ones that do the job but are kind of flimsy. I don't know if anyone has any suggestions on that front. Otherwise, the ride is very smooth. I agree with the comments on the bike seat, it's not very comfortable especially if one does a longer ride, so I will need to upgrade. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase. My wife bought a much more expensive bike with 750W battery that I suspect will have a longer range. Her bike also came with some nicer finishes but again overall for the price, I think my bike matches up very well with it. For someone who lives near the beach and often faces stiff ocean breezes on my way there, this bike is a game changer. My normal 30 minute ride there took 17 and I wasn't completely exhausted after getting there. For anyone looking for a very solid e-bike, I would definitely consider this Ecotric.

I must say this is the best bike for the money! I purchased this bike a year ago on Christmas and have absolutely no regrets. I thought that the 500w motor might not be powerful enought at first (I had a 1000w before) but honestly, I couldn't tell the difference. I show this to all my friends that paid $3k-$7k for a name brand electric mountain bike and they can't believe it! I have to laugh at them... call them "dumb money"!! If you are looking for a great electric, fat tire, mountain bike, you will NOT be disappointed with this one. Bonus, since I purchased mine, the bike is even cheaper!!!

Love this bike

Purchased this bike for my grandson as a Christmas gift for 2024. Arrived quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. I did have a small problem in adjusting the speed, but Amazon out me in touch with a company rep and a quick telephone call resolved the issue. I have only taken it on short test rides, but it appears to run great. We’ll see for sure in 4 weeks. At this point, very satisfied
