Sound quality is horrible. Bulky just yuck! And if I didn't accidently chucked the box I would've send it back already! How can someone sell this rubbish. 24/04/2022 - since my review the company has contacted me and send a new set that doesn't have the same issues. Mine quite possibly was a faulty one. Glad that I was able to get a new one and thanks to the company for reaching out cause I thought without the box I won't be able to do anything about it!

I don't like this product at all. The sound quality is not very good, I've only used it once at the moment it doesn't even turn on, I've disposed of the box, thereby finding it difficult to return. I'm highly disappointed with this product.

I bought these 8 months ago and they have rarely been used, however today they have started turning themselves off within seconds of being switched on despite being fully charged. I did purchase the 2 year warranty so can someone please contact me ASAP to have them replaced. Thanks

These headphones sound great on the description but their quality was appalling! You can’t turn them up loud and drown outside noise, their bass is non existent and sound coming from them sounds like it’s coming from the tin. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy this!

Does not hold the charge. I had to buy another one (different brand) from a different company... First impression last and it wasn't a good one.

I work outside a lot for my job, and I needed an inexpensive headset so I didn't feel guilty if I broke them or damaged them in any way. And honestly, I got a LOT more bang for my buck with these than I thought I would. The controls on this headset are great, and everything I would want a button for, it's already on the headset (pause, play, redial, next, previous, volume). For being so inexpensive, the sound quality is great! It's not the best at noise canceling, then again I didn't buy them for that quality, but they do a good job at trying. They fit comfortable in my ears. I've had the headset for about a year now, using them about 5-10 hours a week. They still work like they did on day one (in literally every aspect), hold a good charge still, and don't show any wear or tear like I've had them for a year. The cable that connects the two ear buds together is thick and sturdy and has held up wonderfully.

These are great for people that either can't keep ear buds in or have very small ear canals. The added value of having an ear band keeps these babies on your head especially when at the gym or working in the yard. The quality is fine and the sound can be adjusted. These are simple to use. Charge them, synchronize with your bluetooth phone and you're ready to go. I bought a couple so I can always have one charged. The band that holds them together keeps you from losing ear buds. The battery lasts for days so I'm pretty happy and satisfied with these.

so I got mine last week and ive used them for the gym. they work pretty well when it comes to working out on the eliptical for a long period of time. it doesnt blok out all the noise, but thats kind of a good thing, if someone tries talking to you, you can kind of slightly hear them. they fit pretty well. the u shaped ear holders are flexible which is different than ive had before but they stay on quite well. the sound is very nice and quite loud. they pair with my phone with ease and it all comes with a carrier, more sized ear buds, and a charging cable. i think this was a great buy and i definately wouuld reccomend for anyone needing some decent work-out headphones. i havent put the water-proof part to the test just yet but with everything else, id give this a 4/ stars. one deducted for the noise cancelation not being all too well. :) hope my review helps!

First off, I just purchased one of this headphone last week for me and when my fiance saw it, gave it a try and loved it. She didn't want to give my headphone back because she told me exactly what I already knew "EXCELLENT HEADPHONES". So I had no other option BUT buying a new one for her and I placed my second order just for her. She uses this for workouts and when she just want to listen something privately, and can honestly say it gets the job done. Glad I could make my fiance happy with excellent price for the right headphone. Whatever you are, a gymmer, a runner or music lover, I recommend this headphone. They have great balanced sound with nice but not overpowering bass and feel quite comfortable.

I ordered the Bluetooth In Jan 2022. It works wonderfully with clear sound and great reception. However, it breaks down, after 5 months of usage. I guess I sweat too much. I contacted customer service. The customer service provides feedback on how to fix the problem immediately. I was instructed on how to repair the Bluetooth. Although the Bluetooth was beyond repair, the service rep send me a new set of Bluetooth immediately I am so thrilled. This is a great company who stands strongly behind their product. Will buy again from Otium, AGAIN! Will also refer my friends to buy from Otium, too. Great company! Great customer service!
