I’m sure they get the job done just fine but the seal would not come off just using my fingers even though I am blessed with strong and grippy natural nails. It also came with an absurd amount of cotton wool inside so the struggle is far from over once you get the seal off. The cotton wool was so tightly packed that I had to use the business end of a sharp pair of scissors to hook it out and remove it. This is definitely a first for me. So if you’re buying it for grandma or grandpa then maybe keep this in mind.

Works well. Easy to swallow. The pills are small. There is no flavor. Nice high amount of folinic.

Bought this because I am borderline low on folate and want to avoid folic acid, but get get anxiety from even half this dosage as methylfolate. Have taken this for 3 days so far, and a feel a bit calmer, and definitely don't have the anxiety I get from methylfolate. I don't have any known mthfr mutations so take that into consideration, but I'd say these are worth a shot.

So I don't have a full blown MTHFR mutation but I have a variant that makes me sensitive to folic acid, so I go for Folinic Acid because it has better bioavailability, and this is a great product.
