Great taste!
As a middle age woman, I'm hearing that this type of collagen is important as we start to lose muscle mass. I did a lot of research and ended on this product and I'm glad it did! I love the flavor, and, my hair and nails are growing fast. I'm not sure if it helps with thinning hair, but I do feel like I'm not losing as much. Give it a try. It's my afternoon refreshing drink, I love it!

Great taste - huge muscles
I'm not sure about the huge muscles part yet. I'll be honest, they changed their packaging and I got this version by accident (I have been using a different version). The taste is awesome and I've been using this for just a week or two and really like it so far. Happy accidents...

I loved this product, but the packaging sucks.
I really did love this product, blended well in my coffee. The next time I purchased, very excited to receive, it was so damaged, that it wasn't delivered. I was bummed. When it goes to plastic, I'll reconsider purchasing.

Love the taste, but experienced no difference.
I'm a trainer and like trying new supplements that tout benefits. This supplement tastes great. I can't deny that. But the collagen type hardly moves the needle for me. Sure, my nails and hair are growing well, but what most people are looking for is lowering body fat and less joint pain. After three full tubs, I can honestly say that its a pipe dream. I believe you're better off just purchasing collagen type2 pills. If it doesn't bring the benefits, then this is just overpriced kool aid. Love the taste. Hate the cost.
