Two gummy bears provide more than enough magnesium for an adult woman. I purchased them at first for my brother who was experiencing excruciating night leg cramps. I too suffer from foot and ankle tendon cramps and decided to try this supplement. When I take the supplement regularly, I do not suffer from night cramping. As for the product, it is not sugary, it has a pleasant taste, and it is easy to take every day.

Not sure if it is coincidence or not but I get nice and sleepy within 2 hours of taking these and I usually have a hard time falling asleep. They taste good too!

This is my second order of this product. The text states grape; the picture shows pineapple. So far it's been 50/50. The grape container was about half the size of the pineapple container despite being the same amount of servings. The smaller container size is better imo. So far doing a side by side the grape flavor is much better than the pineapple. Pineapple isn't terrible but it's definitely an odd pineapple flavor where as grape was a true grape flavor. Out side of the container and flavor I found the product to be a good product and will still order (always probably hoping that I get grape and setting for pineapple). I do wish this company also did a generic multi vitamin to complement this but no such luck at this time Edit: The bear size from grape to pineapple is about 1/3 the size larger. So the package size probably increased from that although I was still able to fit them into the old packaging. Grape > pineapple

Great taste ! No seasonal pain or depression!

Short & Brief: We received three bottles of gummies in May 2025 with a printed manufacture date on the bottle of July 2025 (see first photo). Background: I was very pleased with the first bottle of this product, so I ordered a three month supply for my second order. The second order was delivered on May 29, 2025. When I I opened the first bottle from the new batch, I noticed that the gummies were a different shade of yellow. I assumed this was normal variation between manufacturing batches. When I ate the gummy, the taste was very different from my first bottle and the gummy texture was tough. Based on the rancid flavor, I was concerned that the gummy supplement had expired. I looked at the bottom to see the expiration date. The imprinted data displays "MFG: July 04, 2025. EXP: 06-14-2027." I included a photo of the front of both bottles (original and new). The bottles and labels look the same. So, how did I receive gummy dietary supplements that were manufactured two months AFTER they were delivered? I am reaching out the the New Elements company directly about this concern. I am sharing this via review, because I do not know if the supplements are violating safety concerns.

Stops my leg cramps! This product worked almost instantly in stopping my leg cramps. the taste and texture are fine. I think the Vit D is too high. I could not find any source that recommends 10,000 IUs per day. For that reason, I only take 1 gummy per day , and i still seem to get the same result. Recommend.
