This is the best sleep supplement I have found! I have had severe clinical Insomnia for 7 years. So, I have had plenty of time to try all things over the counter, natural supplements, bought everything from a naturopath, prescriptions as well as having good sleep hygiene (dark, cool room, no screen time the hour before sleep, go to bed and get up at the same times every day, no alcohol, etc). However it has been very difficult to find something that works consistently for me. Everything was like a placebo for me or just relaxed my muscles a little but did nothing for sleep.I have used this every night for over a year and this along with some medication for my root illness of Lyme Disease, and I am now able to sleep every night!! This. is. awesome. I can only speak for myself in what works for me, and I do not think there is a one size fits all when it comes to supplements. Treating the root cause of sleeplessness is the most important thing, but this has helped me sleep immensely and that helps you heal.I take the recommended dose, two tablets about 30 min or an hour before bedtime and now I fall asleep quickly instead of waiting for hours for just a little bit of sleep. I like that this formulation does not have melatonin in it. Melatonin actually made things worse for me, so it seems I am sensitive to it. I am a repeat buyer as I have found something that works. I wish you rest and hope this works as well for you. It is worth a shot.Update: I am still a return customer and continue taking this. This is the best price I have found for it, better than at natural health food stores.

Works better than anything else I’ve tried

As is so often the case, for me, anyway, a sleep remedy is very effective the first 2 or 3 times I use it, and then it loses its effectiveness. I tried this as a sample and it was great, so I purchased a bottle. Then after about the 2nd time of using it from the bottle, it no longer worked.

This is a wonderful sleep aid, without feeling groggy in the morning.

I like other products from this brand. But this sleep aid is a bust.To be honest, my hopes are always low with these herbal sleep blends, but melatonin works for me so I thought i might be sensitive to whatever hoodoo is in this. (I’m not convinced it’s good to take melatonin long term so I was looking for a natural alternative.) Alas, this didn’t work for me.Guess it’s back to melatonin. Disappointing.
