Knowing the reliability of the Delco battery brand and the cost at Amazon were determining factors for this purchase. Several of the 'large auto parts retailers' had the same item at a much higher price. It was a 'no brainer' to purchase from Amazon. Not concerned about a possible warranty issue, since it is a name brand item and most aftermarket suppliers of this brand will warranty the item if necessary. However, after having use Delco batteries for many years, it is highly doubtful that is should ever be an issue. The battery for purchased as a replacement for a late model Dodge Durango. The fitment was correct; however, installation was a bit of a chore. Not the fault of the batter type but with the OE design of the battery placement. The placement of this battery and the 'primary battery' is under the passenger seat. This unit is a 'auxiliary' battery for the 'Stop/Start' system for the vehicle. Highly recommend this unit if it satisfies your requirements. Delco is a brand for one of the major battery manufacturers and has a very good reputation in the aftermarket business.

Great built quality and packaged/arrives well. Fits JL and JT Jeeps just fine. Remember to replace both batteries at once, ideally - especially if they are the same age. Use a charger to charge this battery and your main battery separately before hooking them all up together.

DO NOT BUY!!! I bought this Feb of 2024 for my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. It no longer works. Amazon only has the 30 day warranty so you have to find an AC Delco dealer for the warranty. The warranty process is a nightmare!

This battery was a direct replacement for the stock battery. It comes without posts but the posts on the old battery were easy to remove and re-use. Several months later, and all functions are working normally. I followed the replacement instructions shown on YouTube, and everything went flawlessly.
