This wallet has plenty of card slots - 11 total. Every single one of my cards slipped into each slot easily without forcing them to go in and when you need to pull a card back out they slide out very nicely.So I gave the wallet a good hard shake test to see if I could dislodge any cards and make them fall out but not a single one even moved.I'm not a big fan of black wallets but it was the only color they offered, but now I'm very happy I purchased this wallet.I have never owned a tri-fold wallet and was worried it would be way too thick and bulky in my back pocket, but after a few days I actually didn't even notice it anymore. It has two compartments for cash,I thought that was really not necessary but again I was wrong, nice to store your single bills on one side and larger bills in the other. Plus the wallet is plenty long enough for the cash bills to slip in and out with no problem.The window compartment for your drivers license fits nice and snug, would never slide out by itself.This wallet is RFID!! This was my number one reason for wanting a new protected wallet. And this wallet maker made it very clear they don't take shortcuts. I noticed many other brands say they are RFID but then they hardly talk about it in their descriptions. Very satisfied with this purchase.

The id card slot is a solid piece of plastic. I prefer mesh, but there isn’t even a thumb window to help get the id out either. Mesh should be used to prevent the ID from leaving a permeant impression on the plastic, destroying the ID. Plus plastic looks horrible with time. I have no clue why we still have a dedicated ID slot since you always have to take it out when presenting it somewhere.

I carry a lot of license/membership/health/credit cards, and my wallet takes a lot of abuse. I use it like a desk drawer that I like to have with me at all times. I bought a Mt Eston 6 years ago, and it start to show signs of wear, so I decided to replace it.They made improvements since 2018, and I easily transferred 14+ cards, 11 if which are in slots. This version folds even easier than the 2018 version, and I expect to get at least 6+ years out of this one.I highly recommend this wallet if you carry a lot of stuff with you.

I bought my first Mt. Eston Wallet in 2018. I mention the first because I've just bought a second one after the first one was inadvertently washed last week. I know it had to be ruined but because of the great service it has given me I wanted another just like it. I was amazed I had been using the same wallet for 5 years when I went to repeat the order here on Amazon. I was further amazed that after the washed wallet was dried it still looked almost new. I'm not kidding. I loaded up my old washed wallet and it's back in full use. There's no silly plastic pockets in these wallets that crack and split in a few months just a window for an ID or drivers license. There's more than ample pockets for anything you might need to carry. This is an incredible wallet and I don't say that lightly. You won't be replacing it every two years like most other wallets. I'd have to add it's the Redwing Boot of the wallet world and no I'm not sending the replacement I bought back, you know in case I loose this one.

I needed a new wallet since the old one I had didn't have the RFID protection that other wallets seem to be carrying. After reading the reviews I figured that I would give this wallet a try. It's a bit more expensive than the other wallets I've had in the past (I usually just go to bargain stores to purchase).The wallet came in a nice gift box and seems to be very well made. As the instructions stated, this wallet will seem bulky at first but after 1-2 weeks it will break in. So far, I've gone a day using it and it already seems to be breaking in nicely. Even with all the cards I have, it's nice to know that I still have room to put paper money in and not have my wallet feeling congested.As of right now there are only two things that may deter some people from getting this wallet. The first being that I could only for two credit in each of the slots (there are plenty of slots that I didn't use up but I wanted to see how many I could comfortably fit into each). Second, I noticed after putting my two IDs in the ID flap and adding my cards, the wallet was difficult to close (as stated earlier the wallet will need some time to break in) I've already noticed that it's being to get easier to stay closed and it's only been a day.

I ordered this wallet after searching my local stores and not seeing the style I wanted in the quality I preferred. I like bifold wallets - which this is with a third flap. Love all the storage!The wallet shipped and arrived on time.First impressions: The wallet came shipped in nice box. Good presentation. Would be a nice gift, but I bought it for myself.I’ve read about some of the complaints. And without dismissing anyone else’s experience I can say my wallet has no bad smell. It just smelled like a new leather product.The card slots are a bit snug as mentioned, but the three slots I’ve used most loosened quickly and are now a great fit.While the footprint is a little larger than my old wallet, I don’t have any issues sliding the wallet in or out of my back pocket. No issues with the thickness for me either - however I’m only utilizing about 60% of the wallet capacity right now.I have no “tap” cards so the RFID Blocking aspect is a non issue to me. That’s pretty much snake oil anyway and had no bearing on my purchase decision. But seems like all manufactures advertise it now so whatever.I’ve been using this product for a little over a week now and I love it. No issues at all. definitely recommend if you want a bifold style wallet with lots of storage space.
