LOVE Urban Decay Waterline Eyeliner Pencils. Long lasting and beautiful array of colors.

I find this eyeliner has more ‘stay power’ than many other eyeliners I have tried. I like it and will purchase it again in the future.

I have tried several different eye liners to replace my discontinued brand. Was so frustrated with them not lasting or smearing. This eyeliner is easy to apply and lasts all day. I now have it in 3 colors. I also bought the Urban Decay sharpener.
