I just purchaced for the first time after using Highlands sell salts for years. I was quite shocked to see their being sucrose in this compound once I recieved it and reread the label after tasting the sweetness. I wonder what is the reason for this? Does Jacksons have a pure version (no added anything)?

I use these salts all the time, but my last order was cancelled after waiting 2 weeks. I don't think I will order from Jackson's again.

Personally it is sweeter than I prefer...but it works. Now that it is known it is beet sugar and organic: Good ! Those perils or pellets are a bit clumsy to handle being so tiny....but OKAY...the product made it (the 6 X) available.....and THANKS to Jackson's for a good number of this 500 CT. product. Also the Q & A for the set was very informative and appreciated. AND the writing on the bottle is so small (it's okay), but the number of pellets...the 1st bottle I bought thought it said 800...& I thought WOW, BUT then I read this full 12 pack and realized...oh these are more expensive than I thought for more than a month !!!
