I love this product since it's almost the only one that has myrrh in it which is so good for any issues like when you bite the inside of your mouth. It's so good for the gums too as well as controling plaque and cavities. It's not harsh tasting either.

Seems to be keeping my teeth and gums from deteriorating further.. that along with the Himalaya Xylitol toothpaste.

Very nice taste and not too strong. I've replaced my Listerine with this from now on.

I have been using this since April 2025 after the results of an oral microbiome test showed I had high levels unfavorable microbes. Microbes that can contribute to tonsil stones and stimulate the immune system in an inflammatory way. So I started using this. And I have had a few spots of erosion on my bottom molar and teeth in close proximity since 2019 from brushing with too much pressure. I have noticed since I’ve been using this mouthwash my teeth are repairing the erosions. The sensitivity is no longer there when I touch it. And I have not had tonsil stones.

Tastes nice and doesn't burn. I am not going to use the toothpaste like it says because I need the fluorided so about 30 minutes after brushing I use it so it acts like a double team to protect the my teeth..
