I have more energy than I have not had in quite some time. Plus my skin has improved, it looks smoother and firmer. I have a glow that has not gone away. First day I had a bit of cramping in my lower intestines that is all part of the process of elimination. By the fourth day I was fine. Expect a little nauseousness but that is ok.
