love this powder, offers a great taste with my coffee in the mornings. I mix a scoop with milk and froth it for a creamer in my coffee. I add around 12oz of coffee to the remainder and drink as a slightly frozen milk shake for lunch with my mealVanilla has a great flavoronly con is it does not dissolve very well, powder does tend to settle in the bottom of my coffee cup in the morning, feel like I need to constantly stir it to keep it mixed and also shake it up multiple times while drinking for lunch. the protein content is good, 30g for scoop.I do wish it was available in a container rather than the pouch and came in a 30day supply bc I tend to use a scoop daily, but thats just preference

I LOVE this powdered protein flavor! It’s easy to use and I mix it with oat milk in the blender. Mixes well but I wish the seal worked a bit better. It takes me multiple tries to get it to fully seal shut likely because the fine powder gets in the grooves. But this is my very favorite protein powder bar none!

Love Truvani protein powders. As someone with food sensitivities, I love that these protein powders don't upset my stomach. They are high quality, organic and contain few ingredients - all with names you can read and understand. The product is third party tested as well which is important as many protein powders are showing high levels of lead - especially plant based ones. I use it in smoothies and plain dairy free yogurt for a protein boost, and I find it mixes well and isn't chalky. I deducted one star for the flavor on this one. It's not awful but not amazing and tastes a little fake to me. I feel like the chocolate flavors aren't rich enough and can be a little too sweet which is what I found here. I love the vanilla, vanilla chai and banana cinnamon flavors the most (odd because I usually loathe banana flavoring, but this is actual banana; it's great). The biggest con is the price here. They are quality but the price feels a little high. The company does run specials every so often though. If you are new to Truvani, I highly recommend the variety pack, so you can see which flavors you like the best.

It was ok. It wasn’t like , oh that’s so awesome, but it was drinkable. Would I drink it again? Yeah. Will I try a different flavor first? Yes.You can definitely tell it has pea protein in it and the taste of that was pretty strong. It didn’t clump any at all, and is easily digestible it did help with energy and it was effective in keeping me full. I really liked that it was low sugar bc of being diabetic I’m always watching out for highs and lows. A idea I would recommend is maybe increasing the flavor of vanilla more. Maybe adding a Splenda to it might even make it better to your drink when mixing it. That would be an idea anyways. I do like how all the ingredients are dairy free, egg free due to food allergies and asthma (dairy). I’m always having to look out for that also.The drink grows on you as your drink it but it wasn’t the best and it wasn’t the worst.

I am switching to Truvani for every day protein shakes. It has all the right ingredients without over duplicating what is already in my multiple vitamin. The taste is good and it is not gritty (I mix it in a blender.) Also I like that the packaging is not big or bulky.

One of my favorite protein powders! Alone with milk of choice in a shaker cup it is very chalky. The frother Truvani gave as a free gift on a previous protein purchase doesn’t blend this at all, however, I have found a good combo that tastes amazing if you use a blender. I highly recommend to anyone who tries this or thinks they didn’t like it to try adding ice, a banana some hemp for extra protein and milk of choice in the blender! This shake tastes SO good if made that way. With the clean/minimal ingredients you can’t beat the quality you get for the money you spend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Where has this been all my life?! I swear I’ve tried all the vegan proteins over the years and this? SHUT THE FRONT DOOR. SO GOOD. I just tried it for the first time and immediately had to hop on and leave a review. The lemon cookie is AHHMAZING. Dessert in a glass. I’m currently prepping chia pudding and overnight oats with it and I cannot WAIT for breakfast tomorrow. I will ordering more lemon (and likely all other flavors) today.

It’s an excellent choice for anyone avoiding dairy and its derivatives, and the flavor is smooth, clean, and not overly sweet.It blends beautifully into my smoothies — no chalky aftertaste, and it pairs well with fruits and veggies. However, I wouldn’t recommend using it in a shaker bottle alone. It tends to have a slightly gritty texture when not fully blended, which may be especially noticeable for those (like me!) with sensory sensitivities or ADHD.That minor issue aside, this is a fantastic plant-based protein and a great addition to any smoothie routine. Four stars for the shaker texture, but five stars for flavor and blendability in a proper smoothie!
