It’s a jump rope nice weight

This is a nice rope. My son is 7 and wanted a rope to play with, I found this one and gave it a try. It is sturdy and made well, the colors are fun. It was worth the money!

I got this to work out with because all my jump ropes with the rubber/plastic/somethinglikethat cords all broke within the first few month. I'm 5 feet seven inches and it was too small for me and ended up hitting my feet all the time, but that isn't the manufacturer's or Amazon's fault. It's pretty heavy for a jump rope, though, and I do less jumps in a minute than I would with a regular SportsAuthority jump rope. I'd suggest if you're as tall as me or taller, to get a longer and possibly lighter rope. It is, however, pretty durable and would actually probably work for utility. It's also a good toy for kids that want to start jumping rope but don't like how fast jump ropes go.

Due to an injury, I decided to try a jump rope routine to replace running. Jump roping burns about the same amount of calories as running, works more muscles, is lower impact, and causes less injury (when obvious precautions are taken). When I started shopping for a jump rope I was kind of overwhelmed by all the low quality and crazy choices there were. I then remembered using a rope like this one when I was in elementary and middle school, and loving how perfect the weight felt, and the feel of the "thunk" when it hit the ground. Of the many jump ropes we had at my school, it was the best and longest lasting. When I found this rope I was really excited, and when it arrived it was everything I remembered. The downside is that it's probably on the short side for adults. I'm 5'9" and ended up untying the knots, but it works. I wouldn't recommend this rope for anyone taller than that. Also, while wrapped up in my nostalgia, I failed to realize you could probably just buy some nylon rope, cut it to length, and burn the ends to make it yourself. No regerts though :P

We got this rope for my daughter. Although the rope was long enough for my size we cut it to adjust to my daughter’s height. It is very high quality and thick enough. My daughter enjoys jumping with it.

I love the jump rope we bought for daughter since she is in Rhythmic Gymnastics it helps to train with a good jump rope. As soon as she tried it out she said this jump rope is a keeper! I really like the quality it is well made and durable. Thank you Just Jump it Toys 💕

I ordered two ropes at the same time. This one on Amazon and one on etsy.com. This one is fine and works very well and I think I would have given it 5 stars. But compared with the other one it gets only tree stars. The other one is handmade by TomtenVillage out of completely natural material whereas this one is made of nasty artificial fabric. This rope is just fine, but if you spend just a little more you will get something better which is not only nicer to look at and touch but also eco friendly.
