Best seller ever !! A couple of small parts were missing and he replaced them no problems. As for the jig im so pleased i spent more money and got the kreg, wow its so easy to use and is making my campervan build much easier, thanks to Trent and Ally for showing us this in their videos :)

I am very disappointed in this product. It is way over priced for what you get, I used a gift certification that I got as a gift and was anticipating receipt of this product as I had a couple of projects that this would be perfect for (i thought). When I opened the box I was surprised that all the pieces came separately not included in a plastic case and the adjustment for the wood dimension is almost impossible to squeeze together to allow for choosing the thickness of the wood, almost to the point that the product is unusable. Not happy at all!!!! It is now 5 weeks since I submitted this review and was promised an answer to my concerns but as of July 9th no response. Extremelly disappointed in not only the product but aslo the service. I tried to use it again today for the second time thinking that maybe i was doing something wrong and no matter what I tried I could not get the adjusment to work. If this is the type of product and service one can expect from this company then it will be my last transaction.

Works well. Has a convenient tool to measure thickness and adjust the pocket hole depth accordingly. Its easy to bring to your work piece as opposed to have to bring the piece to the pocket hole jig.
