I recently purchased Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese from this company, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The cheese itself is delicious – rich, nutty, and bursting with flavor. It's evident that it's made with good quality products. What truly sets this company apart, though, is their impeccable service. From the moment I placed my order, I experienced nothing but efficiency and professionalism. The packaging was secure, ensuring the cheese arrived in perfect condition. The attention to detail in both product and service has made me one happy customer. One criticism I see from some customers is the lack of cold the cheese has by the time it arrives to them despite the ice-pack that they add with the cheese. That ice pack is just to help the journey to maintain the temp of the cheese if it enters hotter temperatures. Hard cheeses are fine at room temperature compared to a soft cheese. This cheese is a hard cheese and it's likely that your cheese is still amazingly good even if the ice-pack has lost its cold. Of course this has a lot to do with where you live and how well the package is kept during transit. Of course cheese will last longer refrigerated so don't keep it out unless you plan on using it up quickly. I hope this review helps anyone trying to decide.

I thought at first this was a bit pricey, but what the heck. Wow! What a nice surprise! This is the best EVER! I will be purchasing this as long as it's available.
