Having done my homework on what's the best all round multivitamin for men, I settled on Vitl. It's one of the few that isn't full of nasties and I've genuinely noticed an impact on my health since using it. Very highly recommended and good value.

Got this bottle and I was thrilled at the size of the capsules they aren't huge like other brands. Also the bottle is a nice touch and the potency is good with a good boost in lots of different vitamins. My new go to brand . Great stuff at a good price.

If you going to make a stinky capsule, atleast make sure it works and makes a noticeable positive feel.

The vitamins come in a simple glass jar which is a nice touch for those with sustainability in mind - however the aluminium seal used is very weak, mine came half off with the cap. The vitamins themselves seem to be great, made with high quality forms of vitamin and good dosages and I certainly feel more alert when taking them! One drawback is the taste of the capsule, unfortunately it does taste quite strong with a bit of an after taste but that is easily diminished by taking them with a strong flavoured drink like coffee.

I swapped out my normal Wellman vitamins for these Vitl Male Multivitamin. The pack that arrived had over 12 months of remaining shelf life; which is great for something that lasts a month if taken daily. They come in a glass jar that is recyclable; and opening the safety foil there was a familiar mineral vitamin smell. The capsules are about 2cm long but are easy to swallow with some water; these are decidedly not gummy vitamins. You also need to take them with a meal to get the best adsorption of the contents. They are also comprehensive and lean towards exceeding daily reccomended values (ignore the NRV%'s these are daily recommended values. Whilst everyone is worrying about vitamin d and its links to covid its unsurprising to see a new vitamin launch with more than twice the recommended 10mg daily amount of vitamin d. I particularly like that these have Iodine in them; my family has a history of thyroid issues and unless you drown your food in salt or live beside the sea its not something that is easy to get into your diet. So its good to get a top up. They haven't revolutionised by life; but I was taking vitamins before. The glass bottle is not something I would take on vacation; but that aside these are a comprehensive easy to use vitamin for grown ups.
