This works so well I was convinced I was in a dream at work the next day. I struggle with a sensitive stomach and my tummy handled this well. I also like that it's a powder so you can build up your tolerance. Love this magnesium.

So happy with the decision to get this! It dissolves perfectly, tastes slightly odd just in water but I mix it with lime, water and stevia and it works perfectly for a tasty relaxing drink! This was exactly what I needed. My anxiety levels are down significantly since using this and it’s only been a few days!

This powder has been a game changer! I hate taking pill form. But the powder dissolves nicely into my water. I usually add some other flavor with it? It is unflavored but you can taste that something is in the water. It dissolves quickly and I typically don’t need to stir it!
