I absolutely love this!! There is so many exercises you can do using this one item. You don’t believe this would work my body aches the day after use and I can already see and feel more flexibility. So easy to put together. Brilliant quality and does everything you want it to do and more. The price is a bargain!

What a fantastic price for this. It is easy to assemble and disassemble. It is really handy to throw in a bag and take with you. Small and near to store away also.Does exactly what it should do for a great price

I've awarded four stars because on some similar bars you can wind the bands around each end of the bar to increase the tension - it should be noted that you can't with this one. This means that if you are short like me (5'1") there may not be as much tension on the bar as if you were taller. I'm still happy with the bar, I can still do a good deal of exercises and I think this product is good value for money and it's a great piece of home workout equipment. I'd be interested to know if you can buy replacement resistance bands for this piece of equipment as I'm not sure how long they are intended to last.

This is a great product and so easy to use ...effortless actually.. its stury and comes with lots of different workout you can do in the comfort of your own home...well pleased with this product .. great value for money

It’s alright but I’m pretty short so it doesn’t do much (it’s a bit too long).

This is a handy piece of equipment that doesn't take up much space. I have been using it for a few weeks now and there are many great exercises that I can perform using it. I'm very happy with it.

This one did not work for me the strings kept detaching from the stick
