Perfect for those with plant-based lifestyles
These are the best vitamins geared towards vegans / those with plant-based lifestyles. You can tell because they emphasize the vitamins that are more difficult to get on a plant-based diet. Very easy on my stomach and easy to swallow. Amazing company and product. I think the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

High quality Vegan multivitamin
I’ve been taking these vitamins for years now, and I’m absolutely loving them. I have my blood work done regularly and accept for Calcium, I’m doing great! I’m a long time VEGAN, and these have helped me maintain my health. I especially love only having to take one pill a day. I use to take them first thing in the morning but due to other medications I take, I take 1 at noon with some food. I don’t find them difficult to swallow but they are not a small pill, and they don’t upset my stomach.

Great multi for a vegetarian diet
We switched to a vegetarian diet about a year ago and have tried a few different multivitamins, with this being our favorite. Very happy with all the vitamins and minerals as well as their proper dosage. We are also able to save money by no longer having to purchase additional supplements that this vitamin includes!

Resolved persistent skin issues
After I started taking this, my seborrheic dermatitis that I had had for years went away, as well as a rash on my chest that I had also had for years. Recently I tried using a different brand of vegan multivitamin and the dermatitis started coming back, so I switched back to this one and no issues so far. I guess there's something in this that is essential for me to avoid skin issues. I don't know what it is since I've tried just about every possible vitamin and mineral separately over the years, but I'm just going to keep taking this as long as I continue to eat plant-based.
