it works very well, but it could come with a thermometer, to visualize the internal temperature.

It doesnât cool at all
I donât recommend purchasing this medical cooler. When I plug it in, it doesnât cool as expected. Instead of cooling, it actually heats up, which makes it unsafe and ineffective. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this product and cannot recommend it

Lo Único que recomiendo cuando se viaje con este minirefrigerador, es asegurarse de que, si el hotel tiene tarjetas llave que controlan toda la electricidad de la habitaciÃģn, se pida en recepciÃģn o con el personal que labora en las habitaciones, la posibilidad de dejar la tarjeta puesta (con todas las luces apagadas), para que el aparato permanezca conectado.

I have been travelling in Italy for 3 months during 30 deg C plus hot weather & used the 72 hour insulin cooler to store 3 months of prescription glaucoma eye drops below 8 deg C. All good.
