This product is inadequate. You can do better than proceive.
1. The reason why this isn't working for a lot of women is because it has below the therapeutic levels, the studied levels that are needed for many of these ingredients, from folate to CoQ10 to Myo inositol to D3 to L-glutamine and several more that I noticed. The amounts are nowhere close to what you actually need to support fertility, heck to even support your regular daily needs!! 2. Do your own research before you try this or any other supplement especially for something so important to a lot of people like fertility is. I've tried the Thorne brand, I'm not connected to the brand, just sharing what I've tried thus far. The Thorne prenatal has good levels for a lot of the ingredients but still you're going to need to take standalone separate supplements to get the levels you need for some of the active compounds. For example 600 mg a day of CoQ10, preferably the ubiquinol form, was recommended by a fertility doctor. My own research shows that 400 to 600 mg can be beneficial even if you're not trying to conceive. Some fertility doctors are not going to recommend 600 mg of CoQ10 a day, depending on what's going on with your body, some might recommend even more per day depending on your health. 3. RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH! Use Google Gemini with or without notebook LM, Chat GPT, The library or whatever resources you can get your hands on. 4. To get everything you need can be very expensive, if you can't afford it DON'T stress yourself out, stress is definitely not going to help your fertility anyway. Just do the best you can, don't beat yourself up mentally or emotionally. There are some Chinese teas that some women say have been incredible for them. I saw them years ago on Amazon before I was even thinking about having a baby, I'm trying to find them again. Consider going to see herbalist, could be beneficial. 5. Last thing I'll say is, this might be difficult to consider, but adoption is a beautiful thing, seriously! You're not a failure if you adopt a beautiful baby or a child of any age, they'll appreciate your pure, genuine, beautiful love!! Pregnancy has its pros and its cons, I'm not looking forward to gaining all that weight even though that's just a part of pregnancy, more for some than others. I wish happiness for you! I really hope this helps someone.💓

I initially started with proceive women and felt more energy within days so I decided to move onto max since im over 40. A few things. I hated the taste when I initially tried it, those b vitamins just stank through the juice even when I tried it with orange juice and was worried I wouldn't be able to take it everyday. But when I tried it with half apple and mango juice and filled the rest of the way with water it was finally easier to drink. The best thing I get from taking max is that I genuinly feel like im giving my body the nutrients it needs to conceive a healthy baby when im ready. I am taking a few other supplements as im over 40 but this is a great foundation. To those complaining about minor things my advice is stop complaining and just get on with it. We are extremely lucky to have such a great supplement in the uk in a time where modern farming practices mean we can no longer get the nutrients from our food even when we eat well. Whenever you want to complain just think about the possible baby you could be holding in 9 months.

I just started taking this, I used to take other types of prenatal vitamins but I always had trouble with the big pills, that's why I chose this one because it has more ingredients and the capsule can be broken down, I mix it into pudding or my breakfast yogurt, let it sit for a while and it's completely edible, I tried dissolving it in plain water but it tasted really bad. It came to me undamaged and mold-free so I didn't have any problems with it. Let's hope it helps with the arrival of a little one🙏

Each time i tried to get pregnant- wasn't happening! A few years ago I was getting so desperate that i did tons of research and bought proceive max, after 2 months of taking it- i was pregnant! I thought maybe it is a coincidence... anyway, two years after my baby was born we were trying again, and again..and again... I am 40 so i was getting to worry it will never happen. We tried for over a year! Nothing. So i shell out and got the Proceive again. And, not joking, 2 months after taking it- pregnant! Now i am 16 weeks pregnant and i swear, this thing is god sent and worth every penny. True- it tastes not great, you need to just mix it wish squash or juice and neck it in one go. Nasty. But so effective i really don't mind! Tell you what: mu ffroend was trying to get pregnant for almost 3 years. I told her about proceive, 4 months after taking it she is pregnant now! I never leave reviews, but i just have to tell you all, it is worth trying.
