Etwas von Staub enttäuscht, wir haben mehrere Produkte dieser Firma im Haushalt. Es sieht hübsch aus und funktioniert bestens.Leider kam dieser Topf mit einem Fehler am Deckel. Das sind wir von Staub nicht gewöhnt. Ich habe es leider zu spät gesehen.Verpackung war schon entsorgt.Trotzdem würde ich es wieder kaufen, bloß ab jetzt kontrolliere ich die Produkte dieser Firma bedeutend genauer.Schade !!

Really quality stuff! Worth the money.

E' perfetta e tutto viene buonissimo (posto che sono vegano quindi non ho esperienza di uso con carne o pesce) ma si può usare per stufare, friggere, verdure saltate in padella, risotti, etc, e anche in una cosa banale come rucola spenta nell'olio e aglio prima di ripassarci gli spaghetti si sente la differenza. Unica precisazione, per chi è molto interessato ai colori: il blu almeno nella mia non è come nelle foto (non solo questa di amazon, tutte quelle che ho trovato) dove sembra un blu carico "marittimo" ma è blu così intenso da avere vaga sfumatura viola, come certe maioliche blu scuro.

Staub Braiser is a universal kitchen tool that worth every penny (I bought mine through Amazon Warehouse Deals). I'm cooking from scratch and we are a big family, so I use the braiser daily. The quality of the coating materials inside and outside is superb. It is so easy to clean with just hot water and  Scotch-Brite No Scratch Scrub Sponge.  Very tough spots are easy to treat with baking soda. After I hand-wash the braiser (God forbid to put it in the dishwasher) and dry it with a towel, I heat the braiser on a low heat and wipe the interior with grape seeds oil. Like new. Scotch-Brite No Scratch Scrub Sponge.

Worth buy. Great to have this.
