Great!
I’ve used a lot of pre workout but this one is great. It includes l glutamine and bcaa so means I don’t have to take those as well, gives me a great boost to my workout, would buy again! Flavour tastes great as well

Good product but empty bottle
I haven't bought this supplement in a year. I'll repeat because it worked so well for me, giving me energy without making my stomach upset. What I find curious is that half of the package is empty, while the previous one was completely full, being the same size and the same quantity.

This is pretty standard stuff. I got a bit of a caffeine boost and fortunately none of the tingly feeling as there isn't any beta alanine. I didn't notice any weight loss.

Good taste and easy to dissolve
The pre workout has a nice lemon flavour and also has yerba mate. I thought it would have a bitter taste but it's nice and I could easily dissolve it in water. I have been using it in the morning for my cardiovascular training and I have noticed a difference after two weeks of use. It arrived completely sealed and I think it has good value for money.
