Very straightforward to attach wheels and get it set up. No timer which is not an issue for me as I have a timer plug anyway but may be for some who want to set it to automatically switch on and off. Didn't have temperatures marked on the dial so the thermostat is really just hotter or colder. But also not a problem for me I found a comfortable level within a day. Terrific heater, looks very smart and gets my office room toasty warm in 30 mins max for very little electricity (about 10p at today's prices) and then thermostat does a good job keeping the temperature steady. Simple product without bells and whistles but seems well-made and does its job well.

Hi I purchased the Ansio Oil filled heater nearly 2 months ago and I thought I’d wait before leaving a review to see if there were any problems and I can report with confidence that there are none! There are many similar heaters available on Amazon but what stood out for me was the 3 year warranty, which was at least a year longer than most. I didn’t really want it in black, but when it came I was pleasantly surprised with its appearance, it was modern but with a nice urban yet retro feel to it and it fits in nicely in my home. My home is a 3 bed Victorian semi with timber sash windows so as you can imagine it gets drafty even with central heating on. I wanted a heater that was economical and heated a large living room (approx) 5m x 5m to a comfortable temperature. The heater does the job impressively and I love the timer function which means I can set it to come on in the morning at a time to suit me. In fact I love the heater so much I have purchased a second as it’s quite heavy 13.5kg it got a bit much taking it up and down the stairs! Finally, I also judge the value of a product by its customer service and Ansio seem to be pretty keen on that too, the boxing which the heater comes in has customer service number clearly written on the front. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend :-)

I received my oil heater today, it is delivered in its retail display box. It was easy opened and had plenty of packing in box to protect the heater during shipping. It was easy to set up, no tools needed. You just attach the feet with 4 wing nuts. Remember to turn the power switch on before you try an use it! It's on the right hand side of the heater when you are facing the control panel. You need 2 AAA batteries for the remote control. After turning the heater on, 20 minutes later my room was nice and cozy! The heater comes with a 3 year warranty and appears to be very well made. The fit and finish is perfect! I am very happy with my purchase! I will update this after using it for a few weeks. Update** the heater is still going great! I would like to point out that the timer only turns off the heater in 1 HR segments if you are using it and want it to turn off automatically at a certain time or if you want it to turn on at a certain time in 1 HR segments. You can not set a program where it will turn on and off automatically throughout the day!

Had this for a week now and use it to heat my office in the garden which is 5m x 3m and does the job perfectly. I set it to 22 degrees on eco mode and it silently does it’s thing all day. Good points: Heats quickly and retains the heat for a long time. The remote control is a nice addition. The LCD makes everything really simple and easy to use and the functions are straight forward. Looks good in black. Very quiet and haven’t noticed any clicking or banging as it heats or cools. Bad points: If you need a timer for it to turn on and off at a set time each day don’t buy this. You have two options with the timer: if it’s off then how long before you want it to turn on (in hours) and when it’s on how long before you want it to off (in hours). Setting one of these cancels the other so this is not a smart device and I found it a bit misleading to say this has a timer. If you need it turn on at a set time each morning you’d have set it each day by working out how many hours in the future that would be and set it when you turn it off. This effectively renders the timer useless. Shame as in every other way this is an outstanding product.

The radiator is very good, no problems. The delivery was earlier than expected and left on the doorstep.!! Evri ignored the saved instructions to leave with a neighbour. Fortunately after ringing my neighbour it was taken in. With this cold weather and the fact that the box advertises what is in the box you can understand I was not best pleased.

I love this oil heater. My central (electrix) heating is horrifically inefficient. So last winter I bought this oil heater to just hwat my bedroom when electricity process went through the roof. My monthly electricity bill dropped from ca. £300 to £90 and I was still lovely and toasty. Literally paid for itself so quickly and I will never go back! It's really good at just maintaining a base temperature , so you need to have it on all the time - it obviously cant do sudden bursts of heat - that's the ttade off. But it's so efficient it doesn't matter
