Combination removal and installation tool for most stretch belt applications found on many accessory drive systems. Unique magnetic faces hold the tool in place on the pulley. Helps prevent damage to belt or pulley during removal or installation. Compact, one-piece tool can be used on the front or back side of the pulley. Review: Works great. Works better than the tool Chevy tells us to use. Saves a lot of time using this tool. Makes the job much easier Review: bon achat

Size is small and it works on most stretch belts

This tool worked absolutely perfectly on my Ford f150 3.5L EcoBoost. Before finding out that this tool exists, I attempted installation of two belts, both of which failed. Because they were stretch belts, I had to cut both off. This costed me an extra $76. This tool costed me $28. If I had known this tool existed, I could have saved $48. I do have one recommendation for those working on the Ford F150 3.5L. As you use this tool and begin rotating the crankshaft, use zip ties about every 45-60 degrees behind this tool to make sure that the belt does not try to “hop” out of its groove. The AC pulley on the left will take several full revolutions to set correctly. So, once this tool reaches the bottom of the crankshaft pulley, move it back to the top and keep going. Keep doing this several times until the AC pulley sets correctly. I hope that saves someone else some time, money, and frustration!
