Five Meals Diet Care Hodgepodge Reset Body

Delicious! Unlike most “diet meals”, I actually look forward to these. The portion is perfect with about 6oz of boiling water. I have a huge breakfast of eggs and oatmeal, and these for lunch and dinner. In between, I snack on nuts if I’m hungry. I lost 5lbs in a week and feel so much cleaner! Oh, don’t forget to drink loads of water (8-16oz) with each meal! I’m ordering more!

Small portion..thats the point right? Tast very good. Full of msg which i have no problem with. Perfect with a sandwich for lunch Or a quick bite befire going out for drinks. Will buy more but it is expensive.

Quick and simple, just add 6-8 oz of hot water. Diet food that taste really good.

食べ過ぎた次の日に、軽い朝食の代わりで食べていました。フリーズドライの独特な感じはありますが、味が色々と入っていて、飽きずに食べられました。

味は美味しいです。 お腹もいっぱいになります。 スリムアップするかはわからないです。 やはり一番は美味しく食べれると言うことだと思っております。

小腹が空いたときや軽い朝食用にアマノフーズのフリーズドライ雑炊を重宝していたのですが、このアサヒの雑炊を試してみたところ、味も全く遜色なくおいしくいただけました。発芽玄米入りというのも良いポイントです。 値段も安いのでストックしておきたいと思います。
