I'll start by saying that the only reason there's a star lost is NOT because of the formula or anything having to do with the safety/health impacts! I have multiple pets and these last a good bit of time. I now keep this container in a sealed baggie because the container is not quite a secure as I would like for a wipe. For a finger wipe it's a perfect space saving storage orientation and style that just needs a better seal or latch. I was honestly surprised for a while at how moist they were staying based on the container, but my suspicions were confirmed when they did start slowly drying too early. I love these wipes as an easy but intensive weekly option, between my more gentle daily wipe and a less frequent ear flush or treatment. Personally, I think these are a bit much if you're looking for a day to day ear wipe, but that doesn't mean you should pass them up! They're not harsh, but they're effective and the witch hazel smells very strong to humans and pets. They smell strong enough that I wouldn't use them to train a dog to get used to ear cleanings. This wipe gives a slightly deeper clean and lets me use less of the gentler wipes for basic quick debris+injury checks throughout the week. If you are in an area where ear mites are common, if your dog is prone to ear or yeast infections, etc. the witch hazel is perfect because it helps you cut through those oils and leftover products in the ear so you can reset the medicating/cleaning routine. There are other wipes I love for basic use but I don't expect them to entirely remove days of product and oil buildup. We needed something a little heavier duty while still natural and easier than a flush or cotton ball, so these are great!

We loved these but the last two orders we received had loose lids and they dried out. Previous orders weren’t an issue but the last two were tossed after the first use, total disappointment.

One of the only wipes my Frenchie can tolerate! I love the natural ingredients, and this is one of the only things she does not react to. They are hypoallergenic, cleansing, fit my finger perfectly, smell great, and last quite a while for the price. I use them daily for her ears and to clean her after she goes to the bathroom. She now comes to me after using the bathroom and turns around waiting for me to clean her with them. We love, love, love them!!!

These Vet’s Best Ear Finger Wipes work a lot better than I thought they would. The smell is faint, but fresh my little dog from the first time I used them, holds her head very still and likes for me to wipe her ears out.

I have tried various products for cleaning my dogs' ears and these ear wipes are by far my favourite. They are so easy to use, as they fit right onto your finger, they clean all of the gunk out of the ears and they are super soothing and do not dry my dogs' ears out at all. My 11 year old dog has a lot of ear issues and his ears have been bugging him way less since using these. My dogs love having their ears cleaned with them, so they must feel so good! The only thing to note is that the original packaging is not air tight, so once the seal is broken, I store them in a Ziplock bag to avoid them drying out.
