This is truly a lovely bag that suits my needs very well. I like the taller height, which is useful for carrying folders/book/ magazines and I like all the pockets inside.I have even carried my netbook in it. Many totes I have looked at had either no pockets or just one. The outside zip pocket is very nice as well. There is even a pocket inside that fits my coffee mug. The straps are long enough to carry it on your shoulder if you like. The reason for dropping the review one star is twofold: 1#: The fabric inside the bag is not very sturdy.I believe that over time of zipping and unzipping, I am going to find it tears. I hope I am wrong, but that is what I believe will happen. Also, to make it perfect for me, I would have liked the width to be one or two inches wider. Overall a GREAT PURCHASE!
