These are functional and cute! Bought them for a rainy Halloween for my 3 & 5 yr olds and got lots of compliments while trick-or-treating. We’ve had them about 8 months now and theyre holding up well, though we only let adults open them and put them on the kids’ heads to be safe. When it’s sprinkling outside they ask for their umbrella hats so they can play in the rain. It fits my adult sized head but it’s snug, and it’s not any wider than my shoulders so it’s not keeping me dry, definitely for kids!
