This is a really good sauce. It pair nicely with a good selection of appetizers. Really good with any fried food. It goes fast as it’s more to the liquid side and it’s not the cheapest sauce so one star had to go. Other than that, great sauce.

This aoli is delicious! Use on chicken or pork chops. Love it!

Great on scrambled eggs and potatoes/fries

Tried it as a “truffle” fan and maybe it was this one bottle but it just was bland. Regretted the calories.

Great for fish

I had high hopes for the Terrapin Ridge Farms Truffle Aioli, but it fell short of expectations. The truffle flavor is very mild, almost nonexistent, and the aioli itself has a thinner consistency than I expected. It also has a slightly artificial aftertaste that I didn’t enjoy. While the squeeze bottle is convenient, the taste just isn’t worth the price. I’ve tried other truffle aiolis with much richer flavor, so I wouldn’t repurchase this one.
