Received product broken and leaking everywhere

My hair has become frizzy at 65 and my regular products no longer work. My hairdresser uses this product and I liked it so much I bought it for home. It really helps tame my hair

Problem cap was loose thankful in plastic bag it leaked

First time used I was very pleased, second time did not produce same results. I use the conditioner with another brand shampoo.

very moisturizing as my hair is dry…. really smells great too!!! A great shampoo highly recommend !!!
