I prefer a weighted pen, so I did not feel completely comfortable when speed writing with this model as it affected the balance of the pen in my hand. If you prefer a lightweight pen, then this will be a superb choice. The nib is fantastic as usual with cross. I will use this when travelling in place of a more expensive cross model that I love to write with, so value for money.
