Tough to open
Ordered for my mother. Spent a good 10 minutes trying to get the plastic wrap off, not an easy task!

Not the one for the kardashian brow line.
This is an excellent pencil for a natural looking brow and once applied lasts all day. If you want a more dramatic look this probably isn't the best. (Unless you choose a very dark shade). It does need sharpening regularly with a good quality sharpener so doesnt last very long.

Very little use
I was expecting the pencil will have some sort of a twist mechanism, so more product/pencil to use. However, it is so small and you can't sharpen it, so it will only last for couple of times. It's not worth to buy at all and would become rather expensive having to buy a new pencil every week or so. Very disappointed.
