Good masher
Sturdy and works great for refried beans. Not ideal for mashed potatoes.

Great Potato Masher
Very well constructed. Same product recommended on America's Test Kitchen. I love the silicon (?) handle.. much easier on your hands. Easily mashes potatoes.

I made a good choice!
Sturdy, nice comfortable handle, does the job well. I have a small home and another electrical appliance would just be in the way. This worked out very well for us to mash potatoes.
