I used this for anterior ankle impingement, in addition to stretching and I felt like this gave me the extra support I needed to continue to run while experiencing this ankle mishap I was having. In addition to stretching, the ankle sleeve really gave my ankle the support it apparently needed. The sleeve is seamless in that it I felt like I didn't know I was wearing it - it was very comfortable and I didn't feel the need to pull at it or adjust it. Additionally I did not feel any numbness while using it, which is something that has occurred in the past with other products. It is easy to clean and easy to wear, and most of all, my ankle issue resolved after about 10 days.

I rolled my ankle bad some years ago. It has given me problems ever since, mainly sharp pain. I had been using another ankle support that had a heel cutout and thick binding around all openings. It was difficult to get in the right position so it didn't hurt. I put the Bauerfeind support on, it has no heel cutout & the edges are smooth. I couldn't believe how comfortable & supportive it is, I can hike, run & work without pain. I wish I had found this years ago!

I bought one of these some months ago to help me through an ankle injury. I also bought several other brands at the time, to try out. This one is the one I keep using again and again. As I will be needing ankle support throughout my life, I bought two more, in case they stop making them and I need new ones. :)
